Problem
Managing multiple systems to maintain IT documentation was time-consuming and costly. As an MSP (Managed Service Provider), there are multiple systems used on daily basis ranging from Ticketing to Remote management of system; Remote control solutions to backup systems; on top business intelligence and customer feedback. IT Asset Information was all across the place. No single system to document, track and analyze the various facets of the company. Lack of one solution to access everything MSP needed, resulted in wastage of time jumping from one platform to another.
